I have worked in learning and development for over 20 years in both the public and private sectors, including time working in offender education and apprenticeships.   

In my role as Head of Technical Development at Node4 I oversee all technical training and accreditations delivered through the Node4 Academy and our external partners.  This includes vendor and partner compliance training including Microsoft, Fortinet, NetApp, Cisco, Veeam and others.  I also support technical training for our apprentices, graduates and other early careers programmes.
