As the Chief People Officer at Node4 I'm passionate about finding, developing, and retaining the talent that makes Node4 a great place for colleagues and clients, shaping the culture and values that support our collective success.

With a background in Technology, Education and Engineering alongside HR I have a unique perspective.

I am also a judge at the UK Employee Experience Awards and Customer Advisory Board Member for International Software platform - Personio - as well as sitting on a range of CHRO Councils and Roundtables.

My mission is to help people feel the connection to their organisation and work together to achieve our goals.

Outside of work I'm Husband to Hannah and Dad to Bethany & Matthew.  I love all things Motorbike related, support Arsenal and enjoy barbequing, outdoor eating (drinking Wine) and socialising with friends.  Favourite holiday destination is Mauritius - but perfect weekend away is camping with the kids.
