About the role
As a People Advisor, you’ll help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our People Operations team. You’ll be a trusted escalation point for HR queries, a champion of fair and consistent processes, and a key contributor to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
You’ll work closely with People Business Partners, the Chief People Officer, and colleagues across the wider People & Performance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑centred environment and enjoys problem‑solving, process optimisation and supporting others to succeed.

Act as the escalation point for operational HR queries
Ensure consistent and accurate application of HR policies
Support employee relations queries and offering guidance to colleagues
Drive process improvements within People Operations and the wider People & Performance team
Promote employee engagement and contributing to a positive workplace culture
Maintain accurate HR data and ensuring strong data integrity
Support organisational change and wider HR projects
Share team updates and contributing to change initiatives
Help to build the reputation of the People team through exceptional service
What will you bring?
Good HR experience, ideally in a fast‑moving or growing organisation
Strong working knowledge of HR practices, employment law and HR procedures
A proactive, self‑directed approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative mindset — someone who enjoys teamwork and supporting others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and face‑to‑face)
Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Proficiency with HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic environment
A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” when needed
Qualifications:
CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)
