About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and go‑to‑market activity across our Cloud & Connectivity portfolio, including hybrid cloud, Azure, SD‑WAN & SASE, colocation and network solutions.
This is a key role within our marketing team, partnering closely with Sales, Product and Alliances to deliver high‑impact campaigns that support revenue growth.

Own and deliver solution‑specific marketing plans aligned to our go‑to‑market strategy.
Conduct market, competitor and customer insight analysis to shape messaging and campaign direction.
Lead multichannel campaigns across digital, email, events, social, web, ABM and nurture journeys.
Build full‑funnel demand generation programmes that drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
Act as the marketing lead for assigned product/solution areas, owning propositions and value messaging.
Produce compelling content including web pages, guides, datasheets, presentations, case studies and videos.
Identify events such as webinars, roundtables, trade shows and partner‑led activities.
Work with key vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco) on co‑marketing activity and MDF/co‑funding.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
Manage budgets, POs and supplier relationships to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
What success looks like
Strong, data‑backed campaign performance and high‑quality lead generation.
Increased pipeline and brand visibility across your assigned solution areas.
Clear contribution to revenue targets and marketing KPIs.
High adoption of sales enablement materials and improved sales engagement.
Strong cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Product, Alliances and Customer teams.
What will you bring?
Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally within IT, technology, MSP or SaaS.
Proven track record of delivering measurable demand‑generation campaigns.
Experience with cloud, networking or managed service propositions is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
Exceptional project management and organisational capability.
Data‑driven approach with experience measuring and reporting on ROI.
Confidence working with multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience using martech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics or similar.
Nice to have...
Familiarity with Microsoft GTM motions, co‑sell, solution plays or MDF processes.
Experience supporting Sales with messaging, positioning and enablement collateral.
Knowledge of SEO best practice and digital optimisation.
Creative storytelling skills for content development.
