About the role

As an Apprentice Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers and the person they trust to get their IT queries on the right track. You’ll handle requests and tickets from start to finish, working closely with your fellow Service Desk Analysts to make sure every client enjoys a smooth, seamless support experience.

From logging and researching an issue, creating an action plan, escalating when needed, through to resolution – you’ll keep customers updated at every stage. Communication is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll be building strong connections with both clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service every time.

Your Development 

Over your 17-month apprenticeship, you’ll be given all the tools, training, and mentoring you need to succeed, developing not just your technical expertise but also the essential soft skills that will set you apart. You’ll gain hands-on experience, attend regular theory sessions through day release, and work towards Microsoft certifications that will boost your career prospects with Node4.

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Ability to successfully pass Security Check (SC) clearance – applicants must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years.
