About the role
As our ServiceNow System Manager, you’ll be a key figure in shaping our platform’s product vision, roadmap, and performance working closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders. You’ll drive adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring ServiceNow becomes a cornerstone of service excellence at Node4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the ServiceNow product vision, aligned with market trends and business goals
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features for maximum value
- Lead workshops and gather requirements across internal and client-facing stakeholders
- Create and maintain process maps, aligning business needs with ServiceNow capabilities
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver features, set acceptance criteria, and ensure timely releases
- Champion the platform internally and lead Service Desk as a Service implementation for clients
- Analyse usage, licensing, and performance data to inform strategic decisions
- Embed ITIL v4 best practices into platform governance
What will you bring?
- Strong experience in platform or product management, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, modules, and integrations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience across project lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification (required)
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Product Owner) — highly desirable
