About the role
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager with a strong Microsoft stack background to join our expanding business. This role offers the chance to develop and implement full marketing strategies while maximising revenue from existing accounts.You'll be responsible for cross-selling our tech services to senior decision-makers, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting the marketing team with campaigns.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborating with the marketing team carry out marketing campaigns to generate opportunities in line with your vertical and targets
- Build an effective and strong pipeline that always has enough opportunities in it to meet sales targets
- Carry out regular customer meetings that result in strong profitable business relationships
- Increase the awareness of Node4 in its chosen target market(s), especially Microsoft technologies
- Open strategic relationships resulting in new routes to market and sales opportunities
- Develop and deliver business and account plans into chosen market sectors/target accounts
- Own the relationship and integrity of business with new & existing customers, developing and maintaining relationships with senior level contacts
- Provide input and feedback to assist in the delivery of effective marketing and pricing programmes
- Take personal responsibility for and actively engage in product, systems and skills training and development.
What will you bring?
- Demonstrable expertise and/or knowledge in Microsoft stack of technologies
- Strong experience in account management, with the ability to grow and develop key client relationships
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive and implement marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence senior decision-makers
- Hands-on experience in cross-selling and upselling technology solutions
- Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
