About the role
The Power Platform team is a small team within the wider delivery area, responsible for developing and supporting a variety of integration processes and delivering standalone Power Platform projects. Our clients view us as a trusted partner that facilitates the achievement of their business goals. Collectively, we deliver change that matters.

Your role within the Power Platform practice involves creating digital solutions for business problems within the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work alongside a small team to assist the development of Low Code applications. You should be familiar with best practices within this field and have previously been exposed to similar roles. You will be knowledgeable in the Microsoft Power Platform suite as well as associated technologies such as SharePoint and VBA within the Microsoft office suite

· Translate UI / UX design into code

· Development of Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI

· Experience of JavaScript/jQuery/CSS/HTML development.

· Experience of connecting Power Platform applications to external data sources such as SQL and SharePoint.

· Detailed Knowledge of the PowerFX Formula language.

· Understanding of the pseudocode.

· Understanding of security considerations within the Power Platform environment.

· Understanding of deployment considerations within an enterprise environment.

· Experience of using API’s and other service integration techniques.

· Experience of application development for front line applications.

· Automation experience with custom http actions

· Deliver quality products by following best practices

· Work closely with product managers, clients and the development team.

· Work within a project team to gather requirements and identify potential pain points

· Work with end users in both testing and training phases.

· Conduct solution testing to ensure it works as expected

· Identification and resolution of bugs

· Creation of documentation

What will you bring?

· 2+ years' experience with Power Platform Development

· Scripting language experience such as Python, PowerShell or VBScript

· SQL development experience, including relational model design and stored procedures.

· SharePoint framework development experience

· Power Platform Certifications or related qualifications
