About the role

The Marketing Insight Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimising the marketing systems, processes and tools along with the digital marketing results that drive the Marketing teams campaigns.
This role bridges the gap between digital marketing, data analytics, and technology, providing actionable insights by leveraging marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to effectively demonstrate the impact of the marketing campaigns delivered. The Marketing Insight Manager will ensure that marketing operations run smoothly and efficiently, using data-driven strategies to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall marketing ROI.

What will you bring?

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Experience integrating HubSpot into sales and Marketing processes
• Qualifications: University Degree in marketing, management, or business administration.
•  Skills: Understanding of a modern marketing organisation. Strong understanding of modern technology stack to select and optimise technology vendors.
• Experience: 4year + B2B marketing experience and Experience in Marketing Operations.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications 

• Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Building marketing metrics and implementing reporting capabilities.
• Experience working with digital agencies and aligning to business objectives.
