About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our expanding team. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our leadership and employees to foster a high-performance culture and drive organisational effectiveness. You will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals to support the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to drive employee engagement and development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting business transformation and change management.
• Able to demonstrate strong business acumen with commercial awareness.
