About the Role
As an Engagement Manager Team Lead, you will be at the heart of client engagement and customer service excellence at Node4. This is a leadership role that emphasises both strategic oversight and hands-on management of client relationships to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead
- Lead a team of around 5 Engagement Managers dedicated to becoming trusted advisors to their customers
- Support the team with customer and internal escalations
- Assist your team with their development planning, and helping them to achieve their potential
- Regular catch-ups and Support
- Conduct 6 monthly formal reviews
- Building strong internal relationships with other teams
As an Engagement Manager
- Have a smaller set of your own customer look after
- Keeping your customers up to date with the latest updates and technologies; Node4 software and third-party solutions through regular engagement, we do love a site visit!
- Understanding your customer’s business inside and outside and building an Account Plan for them to help them improve processes and help their business succeed.
- Introducing new tools and products, pushing forward any necessary changes utilizing the many great services we have within the Node4 group.
- Priority on understanding the customer needs and finding a way to help make the system work for them
- Updating the CRM system
- Identify commercial opportunities and raising change requests
- Ultimately be the customers’ trusted advisor and the conduit between Node4 and the customer
What Will You Bring?
- Proven experience in client management or a related field, with a focus on service excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organised and efficient, with strong time management abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire for self-learning and improvement.
- Confident in building and maintaining relationships, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Understanding of business processes and client needs, with the ability to align them with Node4's offerings.
