About the role
As an NAV/Business Central Telephone Engagement Manager you will be at the forefront of Customer Service Excellence!
This is not a sales role. We believe in nurturing relationships, providing exceptional service, and delivering value, letting the sales aspect naturally follow. We’re looking for a Telephone Engagement Manager who is friendly, organised, and dedicated.
We look after over 750 NAV/Business Central customers, and pride ourselves on having Engagement Managers who understand their customers and understand how customers can better utilise their system to its full potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Looking after your own set of telephone accounts.
- Keeping your customers up to date with the latest updates and technologies; Node4 software and third-party solutions through regular engagement
- Understanding your customer’s business and building an Account Plan for them to help them improve processes and help their business succeed.
- Supporting the other Engagement Managers with ‘Engagement Manager Cover’ when they are onsite; help with escalations and urgent requests.
- Introducing new tools and products, pushing forward any necessary changes utilizing the many great services we have within the Node4 group.
- Priority on understanding the customer needs and finding a way to help make the system work for them
- Coordinating change requests internally with our Projects Team
- Establishing dynamic working relationships with other teams across Node4
- Updating the CRM system
- Identify commercial opportunities and raising change requests
- Ultimately be the customers’ trusted advisor and the conduit between Node4 and the customer
