About the role
As a Account Director at Node4, you will be responsible for fostering long-term strategic relationships with our valued clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. This role requires a proactive, client-focused professional with a solid grasp of technology solutions and a strong ability to translate client needs into business value through our offerings.
What you'll be doing..
- Meet individual commercial and KPI targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders in Node4's key clients.
- Have a thorough understanding of clients' business needs and objectives.
- Help develop project and technology roadmap alongside key stakeholders within the assigned client portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of Node4 products and services.
- Monitor and report on account status, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Regularly update clients on new products, industry trends, and company initiatives by participating in client reviews and presentations to showcase Node4's value proposition
- Working with senior client stakeholders to understand their business goals & challenges and translate these into compelling technical outcomes
What will you bring?
- Experience of Managed Services in the IT Sector. Skills/Experience in Cloud, Transformation, Microsoft Business Applications, SDWAN and Security
- Strong commercial acumen in driving sales on high value complex engagements
- Can demonstrate previous experience of overseeing development high-value client accounts in the Managed Service and Technology sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to a fast-paced environment
Desirable Certifications and Skills
- Experience with CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools.
- Experience with ITIL processes and practices.
