My Experience as an I.T Graduate at node4:

The actual recruitment process was very methodical, fun and professional. Which was quite indicative of how Node4 work culture is. We were kept in loop for the duration of the process and were given a constructive feedback cycle to improve ourselves. The most enticing aspect of the role, was an opportunity to be exposed to multiple technologies and facets of the business, which has helped us to capitalize on the wide range of expertise Node4 has to offer. 

Currently I am assigned as a Graduate software developer, nestled under the Digi/App Innovation branch, where we are responsible for envisioning and implementing the solution using various Cloud native applications. The highlight are the people, since the day one, we have been welcomed and given a supportive framework to push ourselves to grow and learn.
