My Experience as an I.T Graduate at node4:

The interview process was exceptionally welcoming, creating an environment that alleviated my nerves, largely due to the positive demeanour of the interviewers and the type of questions asked, allowing me to answer creatively and demonstrate my critical thinking skills.

Upon successfully joining the company, I and the other graduates embarked on a rotation program that helped us familiarised ourselves with the different departments of the company and what they do with some hands-on assistance to the respective team members of those departments. This was such an invaluable insight to making the right career aspirations and growth plans. During the first few months on the graduate program , we were able to learn and earn several certifications which include PL-900, MS-900, SC-900, DP-900 as well as Veeam and Fortinet certifications which have helped me with my daily tasks now as a graduate modern works engineer in placement. I am enjoying my role as a Graduate Modern Works Engineer as I take on internal projects to boost my confidence and experience and better equip me to take on external client projects soon.
