About the role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising our marketing processes, managing our marketing technology stack, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness in our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing operations strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and optimise the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and manage marketing databases and segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and methodologies.
- Support budget management, forecasting, and reporting activities.
What will you bring?
• Qualifications: University Degree in marketing, management, or business administration.
• Skills: Understanding of a modern marketing organisation. Strong understanding of modern technology stack to select and optimise technology vendors.
• Extensive experience B2B marketing experience. Experience in Marketing Operations.
Experience leading modern marketing teams and functions.
• Data best practice and legislation, including GDPR.
• Creating and scaling a Marketing Operations function.
• Setting-up lead handoff process and metrics with Sales team.
• Integrating several brands into one centralised marketing function.
• Curating and optimising MarTech stack.
• Building marketing metrics and implementing reporting capabilities.
Lead individual contributors within Marketing Operations function.
