About the role

As a Collaboration Infrastructure Engineer you will report to the Practice Director and will play a crucial role in maintaining, supporting and developing the collaboration platforms that our clients depend upon, with a particular focus on the core SIPLink platform.

For this role we will need you to have direct experience with Session Border Controllers - Ribbon, AudioCodes, Oracle.

What will you bring?

The ideal person for this role will have significant experience of implementing and supporting the following technologies:

• SIP based UC / collaboration systems (ideally Microsoft or Cisco)
• Session Border Controllers (ideally Ribbon, AudioCodes, Oracle)
• SIP Routing Servers (ideally Kamalio)
• Linux and Windows
• Scripting, Low Code/No Code development
• Cloud based communications systems (ideally Microsoft Azure / Dynamics 365)
