About the role
Your role within the Power Platform practice involves leading a variety of Power Platform projects across a number of clients. You will work alongside multiple technical teams to manage Low Code projects, while acting as lead in any stakeholder and budget activities. You will also have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and its key areas, including relevant technical exposure.
This position will be a senior role within the team, and experience of working within technical environments and agile teams will be key in this role. You will also have worked with senior stakeholders within any organisation, up to director level.
Key Tasks:
- Lead day to day project related activities including but not limited to:
- Development of detailed project plans to guide project teams and stakeholders through the changing needs of any project
- Budget Management to ensure costs are met and within acceptable parameters
- Resource Management including identification and assigning of relevant tasks based on project skillsets
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Scope and Timeline Management
- Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery including RAID actions
- Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders
What will you bring?
- Full and detailed knowledge of the project lifecycle and Project Management methodologies and in depth understanding of Agile, Scaled Agile, Prince2 and Waterfall
- Proficiency in process improvement
- Knowledge of Power Platform Stack
- Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great Stakeholder management up to senior level
- Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectives
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to cover aspects of project related roles when required
- Any project management related certifications or equivalent (PRINCE 2 / CSM)
