About the role
The Business Development Executive (BDE) Manager is responsible for a team of BDEs. The BDE Manager collaborates across the Demand Generation and Events teams to ensure strong alignment. The BDE Manager collaborates with the Portfolio/ Insights marketing team to optimise messaging and persona targeting. The role reports directly to the Head of Insights and Demand and has a reporting structure of BDEs.
What will you bring?
- Desirable qualifications: University Degree in marketing, management, or business administration.
- Skills: Understanding of a modern marketing organisation. Strong understanding of lead generation process and expectations.
- Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and/or sales experience.
- Experience leading modern lead generation sales teams and functions.
- Creating and scaling a modern lead generation sales function
- Setting up lead handoff process and metrics
- Integrating acquisitions into a centralised lead generation sales function.
- Building lead generation sales metrics and implementing reporting capabilities.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate, drive and support individuals.
