About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-assured individual with strong communication skills, adept at collaborating within a team and comfortable engaging with individuals at all organisational levels.  The responsibilities include investigating and resolving incidents, maintaining accurate incident records, escalating when necessary, conducting customer handovers, documenting processes for key users, and facilitating knowledge transfer. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with project teams during the hypercare period, aiding in the transition to onboarding support, providing end-user training, updating teams on functionality, and offering training sessions. There is also the potential for consultancy assistance on projects post-go-live, showcasing the diverse and dynamic nature of the position.

What will you bring?

  • Excellent customer service skills & confident relationship creator. 
  • Dynamics NAV/Business Central’ experience & familiarity with common thirdparty products.
  • An enthusiasm and a passion for Microsoft Dynamics, MB-800 Certification preferable. 
  • Initiative and proactive approach with experience working from and with a support desk. 
  • The ability to work on your own and an approachable team player.
  •  Natural ‘can do’ attitude & analytical approach to issues with new customers that may not be documented. 
  • Experience of delivering training in a virtual classroom environment. 
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
