About the role
As a Service Desk Power Platform Developer at Node4, you will be a key player in our efforts to create efficient and user-friendly solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and maintain applications that improve our business processes and enhance our customer experience. The Service Desk team is an important part of, services Dynamics products from on premise versions 2011 and later, and NAV 2009 onwards, all the way through to the latest updates of Dynamics 365.
As the single point of contact between the end-customer and the service being provided, Service Desk Consultants deliver a customer-centric service by managing communications professionally and progressing tickets in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements.
