We are currently recruiting for an individual who is ready for their next challenge within the Product Management team. Based predominantly at our Derby site, you would be welcomed as a team member of our Product Management Team as our  Product Coordinator! We are looking for someone who will will support Project Managers with coordination activities, they will also be expected to manage small coordination projects, ensuring they are delivered to agreed timescales and within budget. Multiple projects may be required to be concurrently delivered depending on individual complexity and scale.. We’d love you to be passionate about technology and display a strong customer service ethos. 

What you’ll be doing?

  • Support other Project Managers by assisting where required in support of the delivery of their projects
  • Assist other delivery functions across Node4 in the management and delivery of orders and projects
  • Review new orders for project management/coordination needs
  • Create new order tasks as required, allocating to the appropriate delivery teams for completion
  • Monitor the progress of complex orders, chasing updates/resolution on tasks as required
  • Report on the status of complex orders
  • Be responsible for the delivery of a number of small projects/complex orders, to achieve this requires you to;
  • Provide the prime point of focus and contact for customer solution delivery projects
    • Arrange and attend customer and supplier calls/meetings as required
    • Enforce the ‘Service Delivery’ processes through the working team
    • Track, monitor and record the commercial success of the project
    • The creation and maintenance of resource plans/tasks required to ensure the delivery of projects
    • The creation and maintenance of Risk and Issue logs for all projects under management
    • Review and communicate lessons learned established within the project delivery phase
