Marketing Executive

We are expanding our Marketing Team! If you are looking to join an exciting and fast growing organisation as a marketeer with an interest in dashboard creation, system ownership and reporting, then we have an amazing opportunity for you! We are looking for our next Marketing Executive, to support the delivery of marketing campaigns into our existing customers and prospects using marketing automation technology and data tools. 

You will be responsible for using data to support campaigns, analyse trends and build buyer personas, whilst managing the marketing database and data tool, track marketing lead quality and speed of conversion. This role brings together sales and marketing processes to ensure leads are tracked correctly and efficient follow-up occurs. 


What you'll be doing?

  • Contributing towards marketing campaigns by segmenting and organising data for outreach.
  • Managing marketing data within HubSpot, with our Business Analyst.
  • Managing our lead tool, integration with HubSpot and maintenance of data.
  • Gathering insights from campaign activity, to inform future decision.
  • Creating marketing reports and dashboards that track marketing activity against goals.
  • Ensuring the marketing lead process is followed correctly by BDE team and the handover to BDMs is seamless.
  • Supporting BDE team with lead nurture process and tracking.
  • Contributing towards campaign activity reports with statistics requested from campaign leads.
  • Working with HubSpot to create and manage email workflows to support campaigns.
  • Working with Google Analytics to create dashboards.
  • Building customer and prospect emails within HubSpot and reporting on results.
  • A/B testing campaigns to obtain maximum effectiveness and recording findings.
  • Collecting and analysing data to inform new campaigns and evaluate success of existing campaigns.
  • Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis, ROI measurement and evaluation of KPIs.


What we're looking for?

As Marketing Operations Executive you will be expected to demonstrate certain skills in order to successfully fulfil the role.  These include:

  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience.
  • Experience of managing data in CRM tool.
  • HubSpot experience would be beneficial
  • Strong project management skills - ensure deadlines for multiple projects are met.
  • Results-driven mindset – track campaign activity results and ROI. Ability to work with data and insights to create recommendations.
  • Online and offline marketing campaign experience
