Partner Marketing Manager

Due to expansion and growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our amazing Marketing team at Node4! As our Partner Marketing Manager you will develop, drive and implement partner marketing activity and strategy.  The mission of this role is to raise awareness of Node4’s products and services and generate good quality channel sales opportunities that support sales targets. This will be achieved through planning and implementing marketing activities across the marketing mix. To be successful in this role, tesiting and learning is key, tracking ROI and campaign metrics to inform future campaign activity and decisions. 


What you'll be doing?

  • Create and own partner demand generation and marketing plans that are aligned with the overall marketing, sales and business objectives.
  • Plan, develop and execute marketing activity in line with the overall marketing plans.
  • Ensure and nurture alignment of plans and activity with the Partner Sales Manager and Partner sales team.
  • Develop a partner marketing programme that allows partners to run campaigns, generating demand for Node4 services.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimise online presence and brand awareness through website, SEO, PPC and social media for Partners.
  • Work with the Content Manager create a content plan to include blogs, videos, whitepapers and infographics relevant for the partner channel.
  • Follow standard campaign format, plan, execute, test and report on partner marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and implement lead nurturing programmes to recruit new partners.
  • Run incentives and activities to generate leads.
  • Identify ways and implement with regularly reviews to create more partner MQL and SQLs.
  • Ensure our partner business is correctly positioned and represented on the Node4 website.


What we're looking for?

  • Marketing degree or CIM qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years campaign management experience.
  • Knowledge of Channel model.
  • Results-driven mindset – track campaign activity results and ROI. Ability to work with data and insights to create compelling campaigns.
  • Confident communicator and presenter.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work pro-actively and to deadlines
  • Be a team player
