Customer Service Administrator

Due to growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an individual  to join an affable and supportive team as a Customer Service Administrator within the Provisioning department. 

What you’ll be doing?

• Validating sales orders for completeness
• Entering order details on internal systems
• Entering orders on supplier portals/systems
• Liaising with customers over the phone/via email to capture information needed to enable placement of orders
• Updating customers and internal departments on the progress of orders
• Working closely with customers and suppliers to resolve order queries
• Producing reports and other Management Information requirements
• Raising purchase orders with third party suppliers
• Validating supplier contracts/invoices
• Third Party Goods Receipting

• Have strong PC skills, particularly MS Excel and being able to use formulas.
• SAP knowledge/experience is desirable
