Revenue Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our Commercial Team to assist with the identification and realisation of revenue improvement opportunities and mitigation of Node4 and Customer risk. This an exciting new role that aims to streamline and further evolve many activities that currently take place across this business. 


 What you'll be doing..

Reporting to the Commercial Manager the key responsibilities are as follows:

Revenue assurance 

  • Create and disseminate reports to monitor revenue assurance
  • Reviewing business data to identify opportunities for revenue assurance, billing gaps and improvements
  • Implementation of actions and activities to realise saving

Licensing Compliance (No prior licensing knowledge is required)

  • Utilise and evolve existing tools and process to Manage Microsoft SPLA licensing compliance for both Node4 internal and customer licensing
  • Generate relevant and timely management reports and dashboards to monitor compliance activity and for use with customers to support billing shortfalls/gaps discussions.
  • Generate and follow up on delivery of actions to mitigate compliance gaps
  • Interface with sales and account management teams to ensure billing gaps are appropriately addressed, providing details from the systems of any shortfalls if needed.
  • Maintain data quality/integrity which is used in reporting or licensing compliance

  • Is able to motivate other team members to fulfill actions and be diligent in chasing/following up across other departments of the business.
