Service Desk Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is pragmatic in approach and is able to demonstrate good work ethics during all interactions.

As a member of the Node4 Starcom Support Desk, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of first-class IT support to all Node4 Starcom customers both external and internal in a coordinated and consistent manner. 

What will you be doing?

  • Answering inbound Calls, Emails & Web-Chat
  • Creating & Assigning tickets based on priority to appropriate teams
  • Fault diagnosis/resolution based on services and products including but not limited to:
    o End User compute
    o MS Office packages
    o AntiVirus
  • Monitoring of alarms, notifications and alerts, raise & escalate tickets as required
  • Managing & Liaising with 3rd party suppliers relating to leased lines & DSL Suppliers
  • Supporting basic Cloud and Networking tasks
  • Build and setup internal & external hardware/software
  • To contribute to internal processes, documentation and continuous business and service desk improvement
  • Supporting our cloud, networks and unified comms teams to drive more fixes to resolution at first point of contact.
  • Working to achieve and exceed service and product related service level agreement
