Client Services Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced Client Services team here at Node4. The role will be focused on supporting Account Managers and customers with customer recontracts, 3rd party renewals and the creation and management of all orders to ensure a positive customer experience. If you are someone with strong organisation and time management skills, with high attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

  • Obtain supplier pricing, quote validation.
  • Prepare the Node4 quote, include detailed notes that may be required.
  • Issue quote to the Customer or Node4 Account Manager.
  • Support Account Managers with customer questions and queries
  • Follow up for updates and providing reporting on quotes, recontacts and 3rd party renewals until closed.
  • Reviewing signed order from customer, process ready for purchasing, making sure vendor pricing is valid.
  • Answer customer questions.
