Senior Account Manager

What you'll be doing..

As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll be tasked with maximising revenue from existing accounts by cross-selling our client’s portfolio of technology services.  Building an effective pipeline, you’ll maintain account development plans and frequently contact customers to build strong strategic relationships.  Striving to increase product and brand awareness, you’ll promote the company’s colocation, cloud, connectivity and voice services to senior decision makers.   

 

You’ll assist the Marketing Team with monthly campaigns to generate opportunities with existing customers. Additionally, you’ll liaise with the Service Delivery Team to ensure that customers receive the highest levels of service.  

 

  • In conjunction with the marketing team carry out marketing campaigns
  • Build an effective and strong pipeline
  • Increase the awareness of Node4 in its chosen target market(s)
  • Increase exposure of Node4 within identified strategic relationships
  • Open strategic relationships
  • Develop and deliver business and account plans
  • Own the relationship and integrity of business with new & existing customers
  • Assist in the delivery of effective marketing and pricing programmes
  • Take personal responsibility for product, systems and skills training

 

What we're looking for..

  • Demonstrable expertise in colocation, cloud, connectivity OR voice technologies
  • A full driving licence
  • As the Senior Account Manager, you must have superb networking, relationship-building and communication skills. Passionate and collaborative, you must also have a strong customer focus and results-driven approach.
